But It's really Impossible Actually.
Fat is like the biggest problem for girl -,- and in the end they do extreme diet like not eating,drink a lot acid things,do plastic sugary.only drink mineral water whole day without eating .Aiya-.-
Let me tell u how to get slimmer with a healthy life style :D it's work cause I try already :)
I am also on diet now.and I have stomach acid so I cannot eat a lot orange . Then I am asking to my doctor how to get slimmer but I am still always healthy ?
Then my doctor said for people that have stomach acid or any stomach problem cannot eat too much acid fruit (orange as example ) .like normal people that doesn't have stomach problem did.
And then she tell me how to get slimmer and I already try it .let me share to u how to get slimmer with healthy life style .

Before I eat everything every morning.i am drink mineral water 2 glass and then I am wash a lemon and cut lemon in to a half and then cut again into 2 slice and then mix it with warm water( no need to squeeze the lemon just put the lemon inside glass without squeeze) and put 1 spoon honey.stir it and drink it

And then for lunch menu. I am Not eat too much rice.i only eat 1 glass rice. So it's like 7 spoon maybe or 5 spoon . BUT I eat a lot vegetable and if I want to eat chicken I am eat the chicken breast part. No chicken leg >_< or maybe sometime I eat seafood.or sometime my mom cooking corn soup for me .so even I eat A BIT RICE if I eat A LOT VEGETABLE it's can make me full too !! And after eat drink a lot mineral water.

For dinner time don't eat too much .cause eat at night timing it's will make u faster fat.and if u want to eat rice don't eat after at 6.00 night .if after at 6 night still hungry eat apple more .and drink more water

Do sport .i go gym every weekend. And I also do yoga every Sunday.
And if u didn't go gym .u can running in Sunday morning .and burn 500 calorie for people that never or less do sport I mean like maybe worker that always working in office Infront of computer,or student that always study .After u burn 500 calorie everyday (for people that less do sport ) slowly u can try burn 600 ,700, until 1000
But for people that already do sport everyday u can run until 1500 calorie or more .dont forget to drink more water after u doing sport.
Maybe if u do it .u can lose 2 kg a week .slowly but always healthy
The most Importan is have a healthy body :) so u can enjoy everyday in your life with smile :)
